Epicenter’s day two was a epic disaster, in my opinion.
They closed the festival and sent everyone at the campsite to prepare for the winds…and Jesus, THOSE WINDS WERE FUCKING INSANE!!! I mean really… Winds?
Yeah, a tornado did come through right where we were in North Carolina… A tornado 😫
While trying to hurry and take my tent down, it started pouring and then within seconds the wind came rolling through – shit just got really crazy, really fast… giving up on trying to throw everything in the car, we instead threw ourselves in taking cover. We sat watching the storm devouring everything in its path – except us. After about 5 minutes, which to us seemed like an eternity, the clouds gave way and the tornado left. Just like that…
