Shari Foster is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Fly Company Music Group (FlyCoMG) and Associate Director for Three Twenty Gallery.

Shari oversees worldwide external and internal services for FlyCoMG as well as Three Twenty Gallery initiatives, including community relations, corporate social responsibility programs and strategic communications for studio logistics.

In this role, Foster is responsible for FlyCoMG’s media relations, executive outreach and employee communications. She also leads Three Twenty Gallery’s mid-west based corporate media relations, crisis communications and issues management, philanthropy, cross company initiatives and special events. Foster works closely with the senior management and publicity teams in film, art media and studio operations to support their business initiatives.

In addition to her work in media, Foster is an advocate for social work; conducting interviews and assisting clients in accessing benefits for 6 years beginning in 2016. Shari joined Fly Company in 2008 and held various communications roles including artist management, digital staff writer of special projects and public relations associate.

Prior to Fly Company, and continuing still, Foster manages her teenage son’s budding music career playing tenor percussion in Atlanta’s Drum Academy. Under her guidance he’s won several awards, most recently “Georgia Has Talent” (2019).

She began her digital management career as an enumerator and account manager for the US Census Bureau in Atlanta, GA.

Foster received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Mercer University then graduated with her Master of Science, while making the Dean’s list, from Kaplan University.
